New FOS fees announced

In addition to the FOS Levy, Firms are required to also pay a case fee. For non PPI complaints the case fee, currently ?500, is set to increase to ?550 per Complaint from April.

As the bulk of Complaints come from a limited number of Firms the FOS have also decided to increase the number of "free" cases from 3 to 25 per year.
