Checklists to help obtain an FCA licence

From October 2014 Firms with Interim Permission will have three months to apply for their FCA Licence - failure to submit a complete application on time will mean that the Firm has to cease any FCA Regulated activities.

The FCA have published an aide memoire to help Firms that are applying for either a Limited Permission or Full Permission licence.
