Unfair contract terms - fee agreements

The FSA has recently deemed that the wording of a client agreement used by a Regulated Firm was unfair.

Firms should review their existing agreements and may wish to add in :

"This is our standard client agreement upon which we rely. For your own benefit and protection you should read these terms carefully before signing them. If you do not understand any point please ask for further information."
